Quick tip: before you start, jot a callback number plus case/chart ID and confirm spellings of names and towns; if the line drops, you can rejoin fast and the record stays clean. I also do a quick spell-back for tricky proper nouns — otherwise “Xochitl” becomes six different words by the end .
