Navigating Legal Jargon in Corporate Translations

I’ve been working on some complex legal documents recently, and the amount of jargon can be overwhelming. Does anyone have tips or resources on how to effectively translate legal terminology while maintaining accuracy and clarity? Specifically, I find issues cropped up in contracts where the language is particularly convoluted. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It can really help to create a glossary of common legal terms you encounter. In my experience, having a reference where you define complicated jargon in simple terms makes it easier to stay consistent across documents. Have you tried that approach, or do you have some glossaries you already use?
